You tell it what to back up and at what time, and from then on you never think about it again. Every day at the same time it makes the copy and puts it where you said.

A backup made «when I remember» is not a backup: it is a hope.

It copies a folder to another place. Anyone can do that much. The difference is that if the path inside the files has to change, it changes it for you: it reads the names from the files already there and rewrites the root.

It is the job that is usually done by opening twenty files and hitting «replace all», hoping you have not forgotten anything.

When you have to push your changes online, you do not rebuild the patch by hand: you ask for it and it prepares it complete, with everything that is needed inside and nothing that is not.

The forgotten file is the number one cause of «but it worked on my machine».

Open an Excel sheet and ask it questions with queries, just as you would with a real database. Nothing to import, nothing to convert.

Anyone who has spent an afternoon matching two sheets with VLOOKUP knows why it exists.

Every app has the same things: the theme, the buttons, the forms, the lists, the confirmation dialogs, the error handling. Rewriting them every time is wasted time. Here they are already done, with documentation on how to use them.

It is not a library to install blindly: it is a guide with the code alongside. You read it, copy the piece you need, and understand why it is written that way.
