Cookies and tracking tools
Cookie policy
If you were wondering why no banner has appeared here, the answer is simple: there is nothing for you to accept. This page explains it in full.

1. This website uses no profiling cookies
Zero profiling cookies, zero advertising, zero tracking pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no tool that follows the people who pass through here.
By law, the consent banner is required only when non-essential tools are installed on the visitor’s device (ePrivacy Directive, Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code — Codice privacy, Legislative Decree 196/2003 — and the Guidelines of July 8, 2021 issued by the Garante, the Italian Data Protection Authority). None are installed here: the banner is not needed, and adding it anyway would just be a pointless nuisance.
2. What really happens when you open a page
| What | Where it stays | Is consent required? |
|---|---|---|
| No cookies | — | No: there are none |
| Server log (IP, date, page) |
On Aruba’s servers, in Italy | No: security and diagnostics, legitimate interest |
| Browser storage (local preferences) |
Only on your device, it never reaches me |
No: strictly technical, and today I do not even use it |
Want to check for yourself? Open your browser’s developer tools (F12), go to Application › Cookies and look: the list is empty. You do not have to take my word for it.
3. External services
The site loads nothing from outside: even the fonts sit on my server, together with the pages. Your browser does not contact Google or any other external service to show you the site.
- There are no embedded videos, interactive maps or social buttons that load third-party code.
- The social media links at the bottom of the page are plain links: until you click them, nothing happens.
4. How cookies are managed in general
Even though they are not needed here, every browser lets you view, block or delete the cookies of any website:
- Chrome — Settings › Privacy and security › Cookies
- Firefox — Settings › Privacy and Security
- Safari — Settings › Privacy
- Edge — Settings › Cookies and site permissions
5. If one day it changes
If I turn on visitor statistics or any other tool that installs cookies, this is what will happen, in this order:
- I update this page and the date at the top first.
- The consent banner appears, with a real choice between accepting and rejecting, and rejecting must take a single click, just like accepting.
- Until you choose, no tool starts: the blocking is preventive, not «accept and then switch off».
The mechanism is already built into the way the site is made: the day it is needed, it plugs in without rebuilding anything.
6. Who to contact
The data controller and all contact details are in the privacy policy. For any question about this page you can also call: +39 333 9695 111.
