The business software you need
has probably already been built
Most software houses start from a blank page and bill you for the blank page. I have fifteen already built and already running: they are tailored to your business, and whatever is missing, I add.
Are you a venue, a photographer or a wedding planner?

Four worlds I know well
I do not make software «for everyone». I make software for people who have a problem I have already faced, and I already know where it hurts.
Hospitality
Hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses: guest registration, check-in from the phone, bookings and breakfast menus.
3 ready-made appsRestaurants
Dining room, kitchen and till that talk to each other. Orders on the tablet, QR code menu, an events showcase.
2 ready-made appsBusinesses and offices
Multi-module business software, courses and certificates, agency case files, automatic document reading, email campaigns.
6 ready-made appsCeremonies and families
Digital invitations for weddings and baptisms, event planning, a family archive that never gets lost.
3 ready-made appsWhat I do
Four crafts, and they are almost always needed together: the management software in the office, the app in the hands of the people at work, the website that brings the requests in. I build all four myself, and that is why they talk to each other.
Custom business software
The program that keeps the business running: customer and supplier records, documents, inventory, deadlines. It opens in the browser, with nothing to install on twenty computers.
Phone and tablet apps
What gets done on your feet, on the move, in the dining room: orders, check-ins, photos, signatures. One single app that runs on Android, iPhone, tablets and Windows.
Websites, showcases and events
Pages that bring in requests, not just pretty to look at: digital invitations with RSVPs, product showcases, quotes that read well on a phone.
Automation and integrations
The work that today gets done twice: guest records sent to the police, emails that go out on their own, data moving from one program to another without being retyped.
See it before you buy
These are not catalog pictures: they are the programs actually running, placed here piece by piece. The same work on the office computer, on the tablet in the dining room and on the guest’s phone.

An e-commerce site that sells,
not a catalog with a cart
Opening an online shop is easy: getting people to buy is a different craft. Below is a nail polish shop built the way I build them. Tap a color: the bottle changes, the price changes, the button changes. The experience is what makes the difference between browsing and buying.
Tap a color: the product page changes under your fingers
01 The real color, not a photo
If you sell nail polish, fabrics or paints, the color is the product. I build it from the real palette, not from eight photos taken under different lights: what customers see is what they receive, and returns drop sharply.
02 Three taps to the cart
Every extra step loses customers. Product, color, cart: no mandatory sign-up, payment on a single screen, and the cart stays full if they come back tomorrow.
03 Phone first
In an online shop most orders come from a phone. I design it for that screen first, then widen it: not the other way round, which is why so many websites are hard to buy from on a phone.
04 Google has to understand what you sell
Every product has its own readable address, its own page, its own structured data with price and availability: that is how you end up in the results with the star rating and the price, not at the bottom of page two.
05 There is only one inventory
The shop does not live on its own: it talks to the business software. Sell in the store and the online stock goes down; load a delivery and the website knows. No orders for items you do not have.
The ten business apps
These are programs that are built and working, not catalog entries. Two already have their full product page; the others can be seen in the showcase, one by one. Alongside them are five free tools that you simply download.
And what if what you need is not there?
Then it gets built. It is the craft that all the other fifteen came from — each one started from someone’s real problem.
-
First, we look
One hour together to see how you work today: the spreadsheets, the notebooks, the double steps. The software is written afterwards, and it is written around that.
-
We start with one piece
The one that wastes most of your time. It goes into your hands and you really use it before the second one is built.
-
It grows while you use it
One piece at a time, looking at what is really needed. No modules bought and never opened.
-
It stays yours
The data sits in a database that belongs to you. No mandatory subscription to keep using what you have already paid for.
Come si paga
A number before we start
We look at the work, I tell you what it costs and how long it takes, and then we start. No surprise quotes, no open-ended hours.
If something new comes up during the work, I tell you what it costs before doing it.
The difference is not the code.
It is how you handle it.
Anyone can write a new feature. The real craft is working on a system that is already running without stopping it. These are the seven procedures for doing it, and how they are checked.
Bytes are compared
After every change the file is compared before and after. If something was not supposed to change, it is proven that it did not.
34.873 → 34.873 bytesinvito_evento.html · identical
Patches only, never from scratch
On a live system you do not re-upload everything: you upload only what changes. The less material goes through, the fewer things can break.

The database is changed in writing
No command run on the fly. Every change lives in a dated file that states whether it only reads or modifies, and it can be run twice without damage.

Phone before computer
Every control the user has to touch is checked on the small screen first. A button that looks right on the monitor can be wrong in the hands of the person using it.

A value lives in one place only
Colors, sentences, sizes: written once. If tomorrow gold becomes red, it is changed in one spot and it changes everywhere.

Not translated afterwards, with sentences that do not fit: Italian and Romanian are born together. Adding a third is one column.

It has to be able to grow
The acid test: if adding one thing means rewriting another, it was badly designed. It applies even to the smallest project.

How I work
You deal with me directly: you talk to the person who designs and writes the software, with no go-betweens. It means an answer on feasibility comes right away, and if a request does not make technical sense I say so before starting, not halfway through.
The craft is not writing a new feature: it is working on a system that is already running without stopping it. That is why I work with controlled patches, check every change by comparing the file before and after, and never rewrite anything that was not asked for. There is just one rule:
«If adding one thing means rewriting another, it was badly designed.»It is the principle behind every one of the fifteen programs: every project must be able to grow without being rebuilt. An extra module gets added, not paid for twice.
I work between Italy and Romania, in Italian and Romanian: that is why the programs are bilingual from the start, not translated later with sentences that do not fit. Adding a third language is one line of configuration, not a new project.
One last thing, and it is the one that matters most: your data stays yours. Your database, your export, no strings attached to get it back and no mandatory subscription to keep working.

Tell me about the problem
You do not need to know which software you need: just tell me what is wasting your time. If I already have it, I will show it to you working. If I do not, I will tell you so and not waste any more of your time.
